Core features — your business profile, calendar management, accepting bookings — are planned to remain free. If we introduce optional paid add-ons in the future, we'll give you notice ahead of time, and whether to use them will always be your call.
How does Glow360 sustain itself?
Glow360 is a search and booking platform connecting consumers with beauty and wellness businesses — similar to how Google Maps works. Consumers search and book for free; merchants can optionally pay for greater visibility or advanced tools. That's our core business model.
Can I take my data with me if I leave?
Yes. You can export your booking history and service data at any time. We believe the right way to keep merchants on the platform is to be genuinely useful — not to hold data hostage.
Do consumers pay anything?
No. Searching, comparing, and booking are all free for consumers. No payment information is required.
