Your Store Is Already on Glow360

Glow360 regularly indexes popular beauty and wellness businesses in your area. If you find your store on the platform, you don't need to re-enter all your details — just claim it, fill in your services, and you're ready to accept bookings.

Already have Google Business access? After claiming, you can import your existing Google Maps information in one tap and skip the manual re-entry.

Step 1: Find Your Store on Glow360 and Tap "Contact us"

Search for your store name, open the store page, and look for either of these two entry points into the claiming flow:

  • Entry A: Click the black "Contact us" button in the info panel on the right
  • Entry B: Scroll down and click the "Contact us →" link in the pink "Suggest an update" section

Both entry points lead to the same flow.

Step 2: Select "Yes, this is my business" in the Pop-up

After clicking "Contact us", a pop-up appears with the title "Is this your business?".

  1. Open the dropdown menu
  2. Select "Yes, this is my business"
  3. Click the black "Continue" button to proceed

The dropdown is set to "Yes, this is my business", with a grey "Close" button on the left and a black "Continue" button on the right. The background has a semi-transparent grey overlay.

Step 3: Import Your Google Business Information

If you have Google Business access, you can choose to import your existing Google Maps information in one tap — including your business name, address, photos, and hours.

No Google Business account? No problem — just update everything manually.

On the left, a Google Business data card (showing a Google icon, store name, address, and photo thumbnails). In the middle, a pink "Import in one tap →" button. On the right, the Glow360 settings page with the same name and address already filled in, labelled "✓ Data imported".

Note: You can freely edit any field after importing — changes made on Glow360 do not affect your Google Maps listing.

Step 4: Confirm Your Details, Add Services, and Start Accepting Bookings

Review or fill in your store information, then add your services (name, price, and duration). Once done, your settings page will show a unique booking link and QR Code that you can start sharing immediately.

Tip: Merchants with existing Google data can typically complete the claim and start accepting bookings in under 10 minutes.
