Tagging Customers and Blocking Specific Customers from Booking
Tags let you quickly identify different types of customers — VIPs, regulars, or anyone who needs special attention. For customers with a history of issues, you can also block them from making future bookings.
Tagging Customers
Adding a Tag
You can add custom tags to any customer. Tags are only visible to you — customers will never see them.

Steps: Customers → Open customer detail page → Tap "+ Add Tag" → Enter or select a tag → Save
Filtering Customers by Tag
On the customer list page, use the filter to find customers belonging to a specific group.
Steps: Customers → Tap "Filter" → Select a tag → Apply
Blocking a Specific Customer from Booking
If a customer has too many cancellations, has behaved inappropriately, or for any other reason, you can add them to a block list — they will no longer be able to book your services.

Steps: Customers → Open customer detail page → More → Block this customer → Confirm
Note:
- Blocking does not affect already-confirmed bookings — those must be handled separately
- Blocked customers will not receive any notification
- You can unblock a customer at any time
Unblocking a Customer
Steps: Customers → Filter "Blocked" → Open customer detail page → More → Unblock
FAQ
Can a tag be applied to multiple customers?
Yes. The same tag can be added to any number of customers, and you can also apply it in bulk after creating it.
Can a blocked customer still find my store in search?
They can still see your store page, but when they try to book they will see the message "This business is currently unable to accept your booking" — no specific reason is given.
After blocking, are that customer's past booking records still visible?
Yes. Blocking only affects future bookings; past records are not affected.
