Employee Management and Roles

You don't have to run everything yourself. Invite team members to your Glow360 dashboard, give each person the right role, and keep track of every permission change.

Inviting an Employee

  1. Go to Employees in the sidebar
  2. Tap Invite employee and enter their email address
  3. Choose the role they should have (see below)
  4. Send — they'll receive an email with an invitation link

Your teammate opens the link, accepts the invitation, and signs in (or creates an account). They immediately appear in your employee list.

The Employees page with an "Invite employee" button top-right, and the invite dialog showing an email field and a role selector.

Steps: Employees → Invite employee → Enter email → Choose role → Send

Roles and Permissions

Each employee has a role that decides what they can see and do — for example, managing bookings without being able to change store settings. Assign the smallest role that covers each person's actual work.

You can review and adjust what each role allows under Settings → Roles, and change any employee's role at any time from their entry in the employee list.

The Roles settings page listing roles with a permissions matrix (Bookings / Customers / Services / Store settings / Analytics), with toggles per permission.

Steps (change a role): Employees → Select employee → Change role → Save

Role History

Every role and permission change is recorded, so you can always answer "who changed what, and when."

Steps: Settings → Role history

Removing an Employee

When someone leaves your team, remove them from the employee list — their access ends immediately. Their past activity records are kept.

FAQ

My employee didn't receive the invitation email

Ask them to check spam first, and confirm you entered the right address. You can re-send the invitation from the employee list.

Can one person work at two stores?

Yes — an account can be invited to multiple businesses. When they sign in, they choose which business to work in.

Can employees see revenue and analytics?

Only if their role includes that permission. Check the role's settings under Settings → Roles.
