Online Booking Settings

Online booking is what turns your Glow360 page from a listing into a storefront. These settings decide how customers can book — and how much control you keep.

Turning Online Booking On

Go to Booking settings and enable online booking. Your store page switches from "Call to book" to showing your services with a time-slot picker.

The Booking settings page with a master "Accept online bookings" toggle at the top, switched on.

Steps: Booking settings → Accept online bookings → On

Before enabling, make sure your services and business hours are set up — that's what generates your bookable time slots.

Confirmation Mode

Choose how bookings are confirmed:

  • Instant confirmation — available slots are booked immediately. Least friction for customers; best when your calendar is accurate.
  • Confirm by request — each booking arrives as a request you accept or decline. More control; respond quickly so customers aren't left waiting. → See Booking Notifications
Radio options "Instant confirmation" and "Confirm each request", with helper text under each.

Booking Window and Lead Time

Fine-tune when customers can book:

  • Minimum lead time — e.g. require at least 2 hours' notice so you're never surprised by a walk-in-speed booking
  • Maximum advance — e.g. allow booking up to 60 days ahead
  • Buffer time — automatic gaps between appointments for cleanup and preparation

Steps: Booking settings → Booking window → Set lead time / advance limit / buffer → Save

Pausing Online Booking

Going on holiday, or fully booked offline? Switch the master toggle off — your page stays live, but shows no bookable slots. Existing confirmed bookings are unaffected.

For blocking specific days or hours instead, use the calendar. → See Calendar Management

FAQ

A customer says they can't see any available slots

Check three things: online booking is on, the service is published, and your business hours plus calendar blocks actually leave open time.

Can different services have different rules?

Service duration comes from each service's settings; the booking window settings apply store-wide.

Does pausing online booking hide my store?

No — your page, photos, and reviews stay visible. Customers just won't see bookable time slots while it's paused.
