Get Listed in Three Steps

From registration to a shareable booking link, the whole process takes around 15 minutes. No photos ready yet? That's fine — adding your services first works just as well.

Step 1: Fill In Your Basic Info and Register

Estimated time: ~5 minutes

Enter your business name, address, contact details, and opening hours, then confirm to complete registration. This is the information customers use to find you and know when you're available.

Mobile screen showing four input fields — business name, address, contact phone number, and opening hours — with a "Complete Registration" button at the bottom.

Tip: Once you confirm, registration is complete. The system will take you directly to the settings page to continue filling in your profile.

Step 2: Add Services and Photos on the Settings Page

Estimated time: ~8 minutes

Upload photos of your space or your work, and add your service items (name, price, duration). There's no required order — if you don't have suitable photos on hand, adding services first is completely fine.

Settings page with two side-by-side sections. The photo section shows one uploaded thumbnail and a "+ Add" button, with a note: "No photos yet? You can add services first." The services section shows a sample item (e.g. Haircut · 60 min · $600) and an "+ Add Service" button. The two sections are separated by an "or" label.

Note: Once you've added at least one service, customers can start booking. Photos can be added later.

Step 3: Get Your Link or QR Code and Start Sharing

Estimated time: ~1 minute

After setup, your settings page will display a unique booking link and QR Code. Add the link to your Line profile or Instagram bio, or print the QR Code to place in your shop — customers just scan to book.

The "Create share link" screen. On the left, a "Ready to share" card shows the store's quick booking link (www.glow360.com/en/quick-book/…) with a copy action, a "Generate QR code" button, a "View in new tab" button, and "Share directly" icons for Facebook, X, Instagram, and a messaging app. On the right, a preview of the booking page.

Tip: Customers can open the link or scan the QR Code directly in their browser — no app download needed.
