Hong Kong personal trainers: a small market with high standards

Hong Kong's personal trainer listings are small in number and unusually strong on ratings. Glow360 lists more than 60 venues across the territory. Of those, 62 carry client ratings, the average is 4.8 stars, and 55 of the 62 score 4.5 or better. That is the profile of a specialist market with a short tail, so most of the venues you would shortlist are already well reviewed.

The names at the top have the review histories to match. ONE Personal Training and ATP Personal Training, both in Central, hold 5.0 ratings on 364 and 292 reviews respectively. HIT Personal Training, also on Queen's Road Central, has 172. Outside the core, EPT Elite Personal Training Studio on the island's south side has 148, EFX24's branch by Fanling station has 144, and WOW Fitness in Mong Kok has 77. All six carry a flat 5.0.
