Randomly search Google to find a boxing gym with a clean and hygienic environment and a wide range of time options. In the first session, we will first understand the students' original living habits and exercise habits, future vision and goals, and make appropriate training for the trial. It will not be too harsh, but Definitely learned something! I have attended several classes this time, and I have met many different students, all of whom are friendly and enthusiastic. While doing exercises to keep fit in the busy life, I can also play with like-minded friends👍👍👍 The coaching team is professional and attentive, making everyone happy and serious in class! In each class, the movements will be improved and the difficulty appropriately increased according to the progress of each student. There are separate toilets and separate bathrooms with dedicated personnel to clean and use every place. I started playing in Tuen Mun and then came to the new Yuen Long club. I have been playing for a few years now. I really like the atmosphere here. It’s so harmonious. The coaches feel better than me. They teach with all their heart. Come on, Wish you can expand the store again🫶🏻🫶🏻
