How to Find and Book a Service
From a haircut to a spa day, booking on Glow360 takes just a few minutes. Here's the whole journey — from searching to a confirmed appointment.
Step 1 — Find a Business
There are three ways to discover businesses on Glow360:
- Search — type a service, business name, or location into the search bar
- Browse by category — hair salons, nails, spas, massage, eyebrows & lashes, and more
- Browse by city — explore top-rated businesses in your city or district
Steps: Homepage → Search or pick a category → Choose your city or district → Browse the results
Step 2 — Compare and Choose
Every business page shows what you need to decide with confidence:
- Ratings and reviews from real customers
- Photos of the space and their work
- Services and prices
- Opening hours and location, with one-tap directions
Step 3 — Book Your Slot
- On the business page, choose the service you want
- Pick an available date and time
- Sign in to your Glow360 account (or create one — it takes a minute)
- Confirm your booking details and submit
Once submitted, you can track your booking under My Bookings. Some businesses confirm instantly; others confirm within a few hours.

Do I need an account to book?
