What Happens After You Book?

After submitting a booking request, your appointment moves through a series of statuses. Here's what each one means and whether you need to do anything.

Booking Status Flow

Horizontal timeline with four status nodes left to right: "Pending" (amber) → "Confirmed" (blue) → "Completed" (green). A dashed branch splits off from "Confirmed" to the right leading to "Cancelled" (grey).

Status Descriptions

Pending

Your booking request has been submitted and is waiting for the merchant to respond. The time slot is not yet reserved for you.

What you need to do: Nothing — just wait for a notification.

Confirmed

The merchant has accepted your booking. The time slot is officially reserved for you. You'll receive a confirmation with the appointment time and business details.

What you need to do: Your booking is set — make sure to show up on time.

Completed

Your appointment is done. You can leave a review for this booking to help other customers learn about this business.

What you need to do: Optionally leave a review.

Cancelled

The booking has been cancelled — either by you or by the merchant. If the merchant cancelled, you'll receive a notification with a reason.

What you need to do: You can search for a new time slot and book again.

FAQ

How long does "Pending" take?

Most merchants respond within a few hours. If there's no response within 24 hours, the system will notify you automatically, and you can choose to keep waiting or book elsewhere.

Can I change the time after it's confirmed?

Online rescheduling isn't supported. → See How to Cancel a Booking

What if the merchant cancels?

You'll be notified immediately and can search for another available slot directly from the same page. For any other concerns, contact support through the platform.
