Sugaring uses a paste of sugar, lemon and water, applied warm rather than hot, which grips the hair without clinging to the skin around it. Sugar(ed) at Upper Thomson, recorded in Bishan, holds 5.0 across 405. Jalan Besar accounts for three more at the same average: Charm Elegance with 338 reviews, Gemini Aesthetics with 330 and Waxingops with 283. SugarViz in Hougang sits at 296.
