I first met Peddy last year and shared my requirements and preferences with her before signed the package. After having an unpleasant experience at a previous facial salon, I was looking for a beautician who could provide consistent care. I prefer having the same beautician each time so they can understand my skin needs and track my progress. Peddy assured me that she would do her best to accommodate my request, and I’m so glad she kept her promise! Over the past year, I’ve truly appreciated her gentle approach, attention to detail, and professionalism. She never pushes unnecessary products or talks excessively during my facial, allowing me to fully relax. She genuinely respects my preferences and understands my needs, which makes every visit a great experience. Have been a customer since 2017 doing facial with them. They have improved my skin condition so much. Now my skin is brighter and smoother. Clean environment and the therapist are all friendly and nice. Peddy, Jennis and Jessica have awesome service. Highly recommended. :)
