Jasmine & Jennifer are intuitive and highly-gifted sound healers, very exceptional in Hong Kong. I started working with them since 2016, and have witnessed tremendous maturing in their vision and skills as they forge this Path with Heart, to service and enlighten our community. The bowls become instruments of opening blockages in the physical and nervous system, a springboard from where we make a quantum leap into an expanded freedom. Sometimes, even a short & subtle "ping" from an adept sound therapist can activate dormant energy kinks that retain trauma, grief and fear locked in our systems. The sound ushers us into spontaneous release and relief. Jas and Jenn each have their expertise and individual style, yet they also work as a team and the healing energy gets amplified. This can be experienced in one-on-one sessions, group healing, training workshops, or larger public events. Ever since I got my bowls from their Center some years ago, I have experienced much joy and lasting benefit from their Sound Therapy.

Sound Therapy is one of my favourite places to visit! I tried a basics of sound bowl therapy workshop and had a great experience. It was hands on, fun and deeply relaxing. Fantastic and attentive staff who delivered a well organised workshop in a professional manner. The workshop materials were informative and easy to follow. Overall fun and relaxed environment, I will recommend Sound Therapy to anyone who is curious about what sound healing can do for you. This place is a rare find in Hong Kong!

This place has a soothing and comforting energy. The founders are very dedicated to the sound healing cause. I was also impressed with the collection of authentic singing bowls from Nepal and the special room with walls of Himalayan pink salt, which I only saw once in a hotel spa in Milan.

They have professional sound therapy healers who are able to tackle my issues in physical body and emotional body from the root cause. They also have a signature pink Himalayan salt room which I find very grounding and calming when I rest there after having my sound healing treatment. Their gong treatment is my favorite ♥️!
