Day pass is a little expensive. Equipments are good. U cannot expect too much in Hong Kong. Already over standard in Hong Kong.
Fantastic gym. All the machines and free weights are the best quality. There are clean changing facilities, including lockers and showers. The staff are friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
I was in Hong Kong recently and just wanted to say this was a great gym for me as a tourist. I just did one day pass which was 200HK (generally cheaper than what I saw at other gyms) and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank you!
its not a big commercial gym but it's got EVERYTHING!!! staffs are super nice and most importantly, its not a hard selling gym like those big chain brands!!! love it!
I Love Fitness. Nice name. I love to go but. There are 2 things i fall in love with. Gym. And Women. In the future when i'm coming to Hong Kong. I may go there. Fall in love with gym and women is all i was letting myself know.
