A new gym on the 3rd floor of the Harbour City complex in northpoint. Being new the equipment is in good order. Access from either the lobby or even the hotel second floor. The hotel (centric) has its own 24/7 gym but the ATF is more well equipped .
The gym is clean overall but i would like to suggest sterilizing methods by using the M-fold tissue paper instead of the existing towels, and replacing the "water" bottled with ethanol. Sai Wan Ho gym has been using this for years and proved to be a success.
After I made a complaint about their music . The issue resolved immediately .Impressive .manager was very reasonable and explained that he wasn’t aware of the language as he doesn’t speak English well so I was happy to have inform him. Now …
