Pauline, Ronnie, Liz and team are absolutely amazing. I was a bit nervous at first as I have curls and wanted a new fun look. I am glad I came to The Firm - i received the best hair-do since forever! Pauline also offered to do a touch up and styled my hair for the girls night out! The staff are amazing and make you feel at home. Would be visiting more often

Upon returning to Hong Kong after some years away, I wasn’t looking forward to having to find a new hairdresser to deal with my fine, highlighted hair that is prone to frizz. Thankfully a friend recommended The Firm. The owner Pauline did my hair and I am beyond pleased with my cut and colour. I had fallen into a boring routine of baby highlights and one length and Pauline breathed new life into my hair with layers to create movement and variation in my highlights - her thoughtful recommendations were spot on!Her staff are also delightful and fab at blow outs. Highly recommend!

Second try to get to this lovely salon as the typhoon signal curtailed my first effort to get there a week before. I'm so glad I persisted as my wash, cut and 3 colour highlights were amazing. A great welcome, totally efficient and professional services with warmth and dedication to their art. My hair is healthier and glossier and I left feeling very relaxed and confident as well as knowing that I now have a very reliable salon to return to.

The Firm is an institution, headed by Pauline Rowley, the best and most creative hairstylist. Her salon is so relaxing, you feel like being in a spa. I would not go anywhere else, Pauline is the best!

I have gone for a hair resurrection- new short cut and keratin treatment as my hair is transitioning. I still have a ways to go but I feel I'm in the right hands. My daughter has been for a trim. Pauline cut both our hair, knows what's she's doing and made us feel comfortable. Great stylist. Great salon. Also don't mind a cup of that ginger tea ❤️
