Fantastic gym, not too small and not too big, and yet has all the fitness equipment you would ever need. Fantastic staff… Very friendly and very professional. Look for Walter, Marcus, Tayson, Jim or Ken… any of them will be more than happy to assist you to reach your goals! They helped me with mine, been a member since April 2024, shredded over 9 kilos and already hit my first target goal… weighing in from triple digits and now below 99kg, first time in over 24 years! and well on my way to the second goal! So happy and big thanks to the team!
I've been visiting this gym for a few months now, and it has a nice atmosphere. The equipment is well-maintained, and I appreciate the variety of classes offered. The staff is friendly and helpful, making it a pleasant place to work out. Overall, the experience has been great!
