Have been doing Muay Thai for 10+ years; POW is one of the best gyms! Spacious training ground, private changing-shower room, own locker, clean towels… most of all they have the best coaches I’ve ever trained with. Most gyms promote weight loss; but their Thai trainers don’t care about how you look, they respect the Muay Thai culture so much that their goal is to help bettering your techniques and educate you of the art of Muay Thai. Love POW Causeway Bay very much! We are a family here!
