There was a booking mishap initially but your staffs did a very well done job. They turned my initial disappointment into a lovely encounter with my therapist! Joe was amazing, meticulous in doing the body work but at the same time very gentle. I've been in lots of spa around the world but really the massage was one of the best (if not the best) that I've ever had.
Plateau Spa is a great place to relax in HK. The staff are very accommodating, which is consistent across the entire Grand Hyatt property.
Love their birthday spa package. Comes with cake, wine, fruit...etc Services exceptional.
