I had a great experience at Meta Sport. The wonder, Johnny, is friendly and easy to talk with. He helped me do a body scan using the InBody composition scanner that he has in his fitness studio. He gave me professional advice and tips for my health journey. He also kindly answered my many questions and also shared with me the various services he offers. He is well qualified, with numerous certifications from recognized organizations. I was impressed to hear about the private gym features and the personalized attention his gym clients can get - much more targeted and personalized support than other gyms I've heard of. I believe his clients must really value having him as their trainer and coach. I'll gladly be back and look forward to seeing Johnny's business and training success. I recommend giving his studio a try!

Owner is super attentive and patient with my issues. Place is very clean and spacious. I’ve been to many personal gyms and by far this one is my favourite. Johnny is exceptional and will definitely recommend him.
