Marvy is terrific - I was visiting from out of town and he gave me the best haircut I’ve ever had. I usually am pretty anxious when getting my hair cut by someone new, but he was attentive and listened to which features I wanted and didn’t want. Left with a great bald fade and a nice short textured top. If I lived here, I would book with Marvy again.

Been having haircut @ Handsome Factory for over 7 years. Been having Ball as my Barber since day 1. He is friendly and professional. The haircut-end-results have been consistent overall. What stands him out is his willingness to always try his best to accommodate my requests/ ideas whenever I want to try something new, yet he never hesitates to give his professional opinions when he thinks there might be better alternatives/ styles that suit me better. He started working in 3 separate branches a week after recent operational change where Wanchai Branch actually suits me best location-wise. However to accommodate my plans next week, I have made a booking at CWB branch for my next appointment. A bout 5 to 10 mins later, I received a kind reminder from him telling me that I have made such booking and I could have changed to Wan Chai branch given he also works there on Saturdays now (explaining that he thought that might work better for me). This just shows how caring and thoughtful he is. I Have seldom come across with anyone who loves and enjoy his work truly as Ball does. Keep up the great work, Ball and Handsome Factory!
