Was hesitant to try Aube out after reading the reviews, but went ahead with a hair straightening appointment. Very glad I did- am extremely pleased with the results and service was nothing like what's written here. Not once was I left waiting one bit in between steps- which happens in other salons (it's normal but I loved that it didn't happen with my session); The 2 guys who co-worked on my hair were nice and polite.and spoke decent English which was helpful for me- I appreciated them telling me how long each step was going to take. The only thing I feel could be improved on was the online booking- no-frills type of CS. No hi, thank you etc (also did not reply my question on how long it would take) But not a big deal to me. Would definitely return for my next touch up!
