Virgin Active Holland Village

I have been with Virgin Active for one year and it’s been a great experience. Seen great progress in my fitness and body transformation, all thanks to the wonderful coaches (special thanks to Shirley, Agnes and Wai Han). The staff at the Holland Village outlet has been one of the reasons why I keep going back. In particular, I’ve got to single out Dylan, who has been very helpful to me right from the beginning with the trial class, and helping me with the various membership options to ensure that I got the one with the best value. 👍

I recently had a great experience with Virgin Active. Consultant Dylan was incredibly helpful in answering my queries, providing all the information I needed promptly and professionally. Though I haven’t met him in person, his assistance over the phone was top-notch. I also want to compliment all the class instructors – they are professional, friendly, and make every session enjoyable. The gym environment is always clean and well-maintained, making each visit a pleasure. Thank you, Virgin Active, for creating such a welcoming space!

Dylan helped me with the free-trial and membership sign-up process today. Everything was smooth. There are adequate equipments in the gym as well as some nice utility services like cold towel etc.

One of the standout aspects is the quality of the classes and instructors—they are friendly, professional, engaging, and really know how to keep the energy up. Whether it’s a high-intensity session or a more relaxed class, the instructors always bring their best. The facilities are well-maintained, which is something I really appreciate. While the HV branch gym itself may not be the biggest, the cleanliness and upkeep make up for it. The equipment is in great condition, and everything is organized efficiently.

I’ve been attending classes at Virgin Active Holland Village since September last year, and I couldn’t be happier! The classes are fantastic, and the staff are truly exceptional. Dylan, in particular, has been incredibly helpful in helping me to freeze my account whenever I travel and helping to arrange for complimentary classes for friends who are keen to try VA classes. The operations team is always positive and welcoming, serving with genuine smiles that radiate positivity. Although this branch is the smallest, its friendly team and diverse class offerings, combined with the inspiring coaches, more than make up for its size. I highly recommend this gym for its warm community and excellent service.
