The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, taking the time explain procedures and address any questions or concerns with patience. The skin assessment was very informative and the Aesthetics team thoughtfully curated a program to suit my skins needs. For significant results, I invested in a 3 month membership with scheduled monthly visits which saved me a lot of time and money. I’ve been receiving lots of compliments. My skin has really improved and feels rejuvenated after each treatment, I look forward to my next visit.

Led by Shauna Chabaud, the physicians and Thrive staff are very knowledgeable and professional. The office is immaculate and provides a calm respite from the noise and bustle of Hong Kong. It is unusual in that it is located in Central but on a very quiet street (yes, there is one) but even more notable is that it is not in an office building. As such, it is completely discreet. Unlike many practices in Hong Kong, patients are not kept waiting but are seen at their appointed time. They are afforded the time that is needed and at no time is there a sense of being rushed.
