Absolutely delightful experience with massage. My massage therapist from Napoli was amazing . Her technics were super thoroughly and attentive. I pre booked my treatments months ahead and Spa manager took Tracy was very attentive and always took time to respond me directly. She made my last day on Dec 31st extra special. I highly recommend this Spa and sauna to use, while you here! This is truly beautiful, calming atmosphere Spa and overall hotel. Thank you guys again and happy new year!!
A great over all experience. We purchased the unwind & dine package, which includes use of pool facilities, a 60 minute massage and a 3-course steak dinner. The view is simply breathtaking, best view in Hong Kong. The customer service was wonderful, the massage was so relaxing and the food was great.
Absolutely perfect experience, the staff were fantastic from the second we stepped off the lift - the pool area and changing rooms were stunning and so relaxing. The massage with Pam was one of the best I’ve ever had in the most perfect private room. Couldn’t fault a single thing about the experience - it was luxurious and peaceful from start to finish
