Led by a former I-1 World Grand Prix Muay Thai Champion with over 30 years of professional fighting experience, we specialize in authentic Muay Thai for women, men and kids—welcoming complete beginners, seasoned practitioners, amateurs and pro fighters—in a friendly, motivating atmosphere. Classes combine proper warm-ups, technique training on the bags and focused one‑on‑one pad work with experienced trainers. The program builds conditioning, sharp technique and overall strength while passing on traditional Muay Thai tactics. Our space is purpose-built for Muay Thai with heavy bags, a Muay Thai ring, and separate male and female locker rooms and showers. We train with trusted Thai equipment brands including Fairtex, Twins and Windy.
