The Pilates Works - Holland

My entire experience of going to The Pilates Works has consistently been 10/10. The workouts are always amazing, the studio is so clean and immaculate and the customer service is probably the best you'll ever experience in terms of how they always work to try and support my short notice travel schedule. Yen was my instructor and she is very skilled but also patient and flexible to adjust the class depending on my issues / requests. Yen always took special attention to correct my posture and make sure I was actually working the correct muscles as opposed to the muscles I thought should be working!

Truly enjoyed my Pilates here! The instructors are well trained and made a point to know members’ injury if any. Weekend classes are popular and u may be disappointed if you do not book early. The boss Colin is super knowledgeable and friendly. Good place to come fix ur back and core

Been attending marine parade central studio for a while. Favourite instructor is definitely Alina. Do not judge her by her small petite size and fierce look. I have tried all the instructors to find the most suitable one and of all the different instructors and classes I have attended, Alina is one of the most skilled and experienced. She corrects my posture and ensures I do the exercises correctly. It's always a work out after every class and my body will ache in the correct places. I hardly have any back aches or pains in the body now. Another instructor is also Susan (I think) but she has very few classes.

Excellent instructors. Yen ran her group class very well. Laura's private class was excellent - clear instructions and great support. Looking forward to progressing further!

I had a great experience with all pilates's team. They are very professionals and attentive to any customer needs. I highly recommend this centre for those who really want experience a real and traditional pilates to improve their phisical conditions.
