The Peninsula Spa

A serene, East-meets-West wellness destination within The Peninsula Hong Kong, The Peninsula Spa is designed to carry the benefits of your visit well beyond the spa. The Peninsula Wellness programme complements treatments with natural and organic nourishment, personalised menus, herbal infusions, sensory environments and consultations with a dietitian, uniting nutrition and mindfulness with body therapies. Opened in 2006, the spa spans three levels and around 12,000 square feet, with 14 contemporary treatment rooms that look out across Victoria Harbour. Its design marries Oriental traditions with modern materials—marble, wood and granite—to create a tranquil, refined setting. Facilities include private thermal suites with hammam-style steam rooms, saunas and aromatherapy showers, calming relaxation areas and a tea lounge, as well as a state-of-the-art swimming pool with harbour views. The result is a personalised wellbeing experience that blends Western and Eastern philosophies of health, relaxation and rejuvenation in the heart of Hong Kong.
