I booked for a Ladies | Cleanse and Finish - Shampoo and blow dry with the Creative Director. Ringo was very good and nice. Staff were all pleasant and very professional. Clean. Beautiful salon located on the 24th floor of the Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong. Hair wash was well done and I enjoyed the head massage. Ringo listened to my needs and my hair looks lovely, as I wanted. Would recommend. Not cheap but they do a good job.

My experience with the creative director Breno has been excellent. He always takes care of my hair, very good service, I love the blonde he gives my hair, I recommend him 100%.

I visited the salon twice during my 10 day trip to Hong Kong recently. Tracy Hui, the Artistic Director was simply amazing. Having lived in places like Singapore, New York, Hong Kong and Beverly Hills, I’ve had access to many good hairstylists. Tracy stands out as one of the best. I have long, thick and heavy black hair, she managed to lighten the weight and bring so much movement to my hair, the transformation was quite miraculous. With increased regular trips to Hong Kong going forward, I intend to make Tracy my regular hairstylist. The staff at the salon were also very polite and helpful. A great overall experience.
