Lighting is spot on. Equipments are well maintained and still super new. Staff are friendly and crowd is generally well mannered with good etiquette. The layout has always been the same all the years but there have been mini upgrades in equipments and weights. Locker room is amazingly huge and probably the best across all outlets in my opinion. You need to bring your own lock though. Water coolers are provided and there is even a cosy lounge area for you to rest and have a meal after or before your workout - this is another unique proposition for this particular outlet. Classroom size is also reasonable and trainers are energetic and amiable. Not too much crowd too despite it being a weekday evening.

Have been a member since three years ago. Always looking forward to gym classes (body combat, body pump) weekly. All Instructors are extremely professional, and equipment are well-maintained. I have joined several classes conducted by various instructors and all of them are super good. Making every class so enjoyable and safety is priority. Music played are fantastic too. Especially Instructor Justine’s classes who never fails to add fun factor in all her lessons, pushing all members to work hard and also must have a good time. Instructor Christina for providing a fantastic atmosphere and reminding us to be a better form than before. Thank you Vynson for his ever ready assistance in helping me with membership and updates. Looking forward to continuing my routine for the next three years.

Thru James Hang frm TFX Funan get thru to me here as amk is more centralize! I only get to tried out Hath Yoga once at M.Walk TFX thats their largest fitness True Fitness here in SG! Overall not so bad as front desk staff that I went 24/4 lady she was pleasant n greeted all members who enter in. She was really kind enough to let me know that only 1 big n small towel only. She still check in for me to Gentle yoga n I was allowed to enter in despite class already started! Thanks to lady Chinese consultant who help me out as James is frm Funan. Only downside for me was that the locker hav to use padlock instead! Will recommend anyone who is living around the area or dun mind that isn't as attas as compare to PURE, First Fitness n Virgin Active fitness clubhouse. U really pay for what u get. Thanks again for wonderful short yoga experience!
