If you want extra guidance, personal training is available to help you hit specific targets. Classes span every stage of the journey: Spartans Fundamentals builds proper punches, footwork, defense, breathing, and flow for newcomers or anyone refining technique. Spartans Fit packs short, intense bursts with boxing rounds for a full-body, heart-pumping workout. Younger boxers aged 4 to 11 can join non-contact Spartans Kids, learning body awareness and boxing basics in a safe, structured setting.
