Great gym just for tenants of the International Commerce Centre, limiting the crowd that is present in gyms island wide. There’s always available machines and equipment as well as class sizes are not large but limited to max 10 people. Lunch time is popular for working professionals, leaving mornings and evenings almost empty! There’s always instructors around to help you with equipment or you can opt for a personal trainer. I love the Pilates and yoga classes, Ling, the instructor is experienced and teaches very well. Spin class is also challenging, but the instructors are all friendly and engaging.
1st class fitness facility . Clean and spacious . Friendly staff and trainers. Always a pleasure to go work out at this gym. This facility is only offer to tenants working at ICC .
