I’m So pleased with my experience at Sozo Hair Salon! The team is incredibly professional and offers valuable advice for hair colouring. My hair turned out perfect—no unwanted green or yellow tones, just exactly what I was hoping for. I’ve primarily visited Sozo Hair for balayage, and I highly recommend Yoko for her outstanding guidance and exceptional colouring skills. On top of that, the salon has such a friendly atmosphere and consistently high service standards. Definitely a five-star experience!

Wasn't sure what I wanted coming in but can definitely say I was more than happy with the end result. The staff were very friendly and quick to respond to questions I had prior to making my booking. Kurumi was attentive and very helpful in giving her professional advice for styling. Although I was nervous at first in how it would turn out, as this has been my first haircut in quite some time (and my first salon experience to boot), she did a wonderful job and I look forward to coming back again.

I highly recommend Ms. Coco! I have availed of a haircut and digital perm from her, and my expectations were exceeded! She also suggested a haircut that suits me. At first, I was hesitant to get a perm as my perm experience at the other salon was so bad, so I gave this salon a chance, which I saw had good reviews, and I was not disappointed. The environment is so light, and the staff are very friendly; they even offered me white wine! Also, the digital perm was a long process, but it didn't bore me as the staff were so friendly and I could actually speak with them like friends.

Came in to get a new look for my dark hair and Tomoyo was absolutely amazing. She talked me through the process, letting me know what she was doing every step of the way and helped me achieve the exact color I wanted, even though it wasn’t easy to achieve. She’s extremely kind, knows exactly what she’s doing and puts you at ease the minute you walk in to the salon. So thankful for amazing stylists like Tomoyo! The receptionist at SOZO is also so sweet and helpful.
