Snowyc Fitness Kwun Tong is a women-only, private-hire strength training studio. Opened on 1 December 2024, our ~3,000 sq ft flagship in Kwun Tong offers a supportive, motivating environment where women of all levels can train with confidence. Pet-friendly and set in a Grade A building near the MTR, it’s a welcoming space designed around your comfort and progress. We specialize in women’s weight training delivered by certified female coaches. Programs are tailored to your goals and experience, with clear progression from beginner to more advanced. Choose personalized one-to-one coaching or train in a small squad of 2–4—we can also help match you with like‑minded partners. Small-group classes run on flexible schedules, including after‑work and lunchtime options. Every session emphasizes safe technique, equipment know‑how and steady, measurable progress. Beyond the workout, expect attentive progress monitoring with ongoing nutrition guidance, dietary follow‑ups and customized meal plans. You’ll also benefit from comprehensive body assessments. Booking and purchasing are fully automated, we’re open year‑round, and the studio is available for private venue hire. Snowyc also operates in Lai Chi Kok and carries a curated selection of women’s activewear and yoga accessories. We run training for companies and community groups, and collaborate on community workshops and fitness experiences.
