Block party (conditioning) contains 2 blocks of workouts, the first with a buddy, the second EMOM with 4 sets of circuit. Highly challenging to finish but great demo from the team walking through the workout. Decent shower facilities and towels were available for the workout and the showers.

I’ve had a great experience at S30! The coach is super friendly, supportive, and always motivational, making each session enjoyable. They regularly host events and collaborations, which adds a fun community vibe. Every class offers something new, so it never feels repetitive—always refreshing!
