Great place for a hair cut. It's a tiny bit difficult to find: the front door of the building is locked (there are plenty of people coming and going, so no problem), and you have to walk up to the 1st floor to find it (there's no signage outside to tell you this), but once there, you'll find a very friendly group of people working there (Ryan was the one I met), and a very clean, cozy and stylish salon. Both the hair wash and cut were very professional with a lot of heart put into it. Will happily return next time. One thing to note - visits are apparently by appointment only, so better to phone ahead, maybe...

My first time to visit Polly's new hair salon. As usual, I have always loved her hair suggestion and styling. She also gave good advice on hair care at home. The only drawback is that she is sooo good that appointment in advance is required in case you need hair treatment and big revamp 🤣 So thankful that she squeeze me in at late hours before lunar new year despite her busy schedule

Visited with my partner without an appointment, and Ryan squeezed us both in and stayed past posted closing hours. I had a haircut and my boyfriend had a haircut and all-over colour. By the end of it, we both walked away looking fresher than we've ever looked. Loved Ryan and his assistant(?) whose name we unfortunately did not catch. Our only regret is that we were only visiting Hong Kong and cannot be regulars here. Cannot praise this salon enough!
