The instructor is very experienced and very passionate about Pilates and her students' wellbeing. With instructor's small reminder or correction in the posture, I could feel the right set of muscles engaged. The studio is also very clean with very good natural lighting!
The instructor is very professional and knowledgable. She pays attention to my body and modifies my movements as needed. I'm glad that I've invested time in both Pilates and Gyrotonic training. The training really helped release the tension in my body, and my posture is much improved now. The studio is spacious, clean, well equipped, with a nice green view. Also only takes 3 mins walk from MTR. Highly recommend!
