I initially went to Stephen for a pulled muscle in my left leg, and after a few sessions, I also noticed an improvement in my overall body balance - something I didn’t even realise I needed (or lacked!). Stephen’s attentive listening immediately made me feel comfortable. I appreciate his ability to address the root causes of physical issues rather than just surface symptoms, as well as the helpful explanations and post-treatment exercises he provides. The clinic itself is beautiful, and the staff are all wonderful and welcoming. I saw Sarah after injuring a disc in my back a few months ago. After a few treatments the pain reduced substantially. Sarah combines professionalism with friendliness which allowed me to feel calm, reassured and in good hands throughout the appointments… Most importantly, she really knows what she is doing. 10/10, highly recommend!!

Woke up with neck pain and spasms. Have tried a few other clinics , but this one was recommended by a friend. Sarah has been treating me for a few sessions and I am seeing rapid improvement by the end of each one! Shes extremely friendly and was extremely attentive especially to spots which were sore and needed to go lighter on.
