Mirror Tattoo (Hong Kong)

Art is the mirror of the soul at Mirror Tattoo, an award‑recognized studio in Central crafting bespoke, fine line, and fully custom tattoos. Established in 2018 and selected by Time Out as one of Hong Kong’s Best Tattoo Studios, it’s a trusted destination for discerning clients and visiting celebrities—OneRepublic stopped by to get inked here—seeking meaningful work that travels with them. Founder and artist John Ip (Jip) leads a resident team of nine tattooists whose styles—and rates—vary, ensuring a tailored match for your idea. From concept to placement and size, the studio’s consultative approach puts design and detail first. Mirror Tattoo’s creative spirit also extends beyond ink: Jip co-created the tattoo‑themed series 852Ink with local production team 16:9, spotlighting the culture behind the craft. Part of the studio doubles as a professional music performance space, where over 20 live events have featured acclaimed artists including Irish singer Dermot Kennedy, alongside local talents. Groo Groo Live has also been filmed here, underscoring the studio’s role as a hub where art, ink, and music intersect.
