The facilities are nice and it was quiet at 1800 so it was quite relaxing to use the steam room, sauna, and jacuzzi. The pool is indoor …. Year round pool. I guess everyone is out for Christmas and new year shopping. Booking was a breeze. The reception and the therapist were courteous. Winne didn’t speak English but she was caring and friendly so I was happy.
The staff was very friendly and knew right away what was the purpose of my visit. In fact the experience began pleasantly before I even stepped foot into the hotel. I’m laying over from Singapore to Toronto so I had my luggage with me. They were able to accommodate me for my luggage storage. And they were able to answer every single one of my questions. I can see how it is rated one of Hong Kong’s top spas!
Great place, good value for money. If you’re out in Tsim Sha Tsui and really need a break, this is the place! You can also use the sauna/steam room, really made my weekend. The therapist was also very professional and nice, exactly what I needed.
