Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong

From check-in to check-out, everything was absolutely seamless. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, checking in daily to see if I needed anything. The thoughtful little gifts each day were such a lovely touch and brought me so much joy. This stay reminded me once again why this hotel is a true landmark of Hong Kong. I’ll definitely be back soon.

I loved my stay at the Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong. The staff were lovely and friendly, the suite and views were spectacular, the club lounge offerings and service were memorable and the location couldn't be more central. Our dining and drinks options were plenty and we missed the hotel whenever we were away. Simply the best hotel in Hong Kong overall!

During this stay at Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong, the hotel staff provided excellent service, whether at the front desk, in the restaurant or in the guest rooms. The food and the environment in the executive lounge were also quite satisfactory. However, on the second day of our stay, we found that the floor was damp. Later, the situation became more and more serious, and it was likely that there was a water pipe leak. Since it was already nighttime and we were going to check out early the next morning, we didn't inform the front desk staff immediately. We only told the staff about it when we checked out, hoping that they would pay attention to it to avoid affecting the next group of guests. In addition, I would also suggest that the toilets in the executive rooms should all be upgraded to smart toilets. This would greatly enhance the guests' accommodation experience. Overall, we were quite satisfied with this stay. When we come to Hong Kong next time, we will still choose to stay in an executive room at Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong.

Winnie at the check-in desk was terrific, very helpful in addressing all questions and so warm and friendly We were very politely challenged at one point in an elevator by an associate, it seemed our being on an upper floor lead to some concern, it was handled very carefully and did not create any discomfort, and we do appreciate the care the hotel is taking for security. We are also sent a very nice gift as a follow-up to the discussion. The bar manager at the Aubrey was a great conversationalist as we sat at the bar one evening, and the drinks were terrific

The service was excellent. Even the minutest of aspects such as providing a microfiber cloth for my laptop or the daily night goodies, were well thought out. Food service was prompt and excellent. The concierge really went out of the way to help with taxi and finding my way in the city. The room was luxurious and convenient. The hotel was conveniently located in the CBD. So overall, great value for money and a memorable stay.
