My 1st time trial of CrossFit, it was hard for me but I really enjoyed it. Thanks for my trainer Lin, she is professional and patient. For sure will come next time.
The team is amazing. The space is all new and welcoming. The workouts are well planned and explained. Sport clothes and showers provided. My favorite crossfit gym in HK.
