I had the Yumi Lashes Keratin Lash Lift done for the first time at Lash Loft and am super pleased with the results. Bess did a brilliant job and was very professional throughout. She gave me some good beauty tips too. I definitely recommend!

Location: 3.5 stars A bit difficult to find because the parlour cannot be accessed by lift directly. Took me a bit to figure out the layout of the building. If it hadn't been for the directions and pictures the owner Bess had sent me it would have taken me much longer to find the place. The parlour itself is generally clean and well maintained. Ease of booking: 4 stars The website asks to book via email. I did not receive a reply so contacted Bess via WhatsApp. She replied right away, confirmed the booking, sent directions and info price and how to pay. Friendliness: 5 stars Bess is very approachable, helpful and communicates in English easily. She is open to questions and does not do any hard selling. Lash lift: 5 stars I'm very satisfied with the lash lift + keratin treatment. Bess has a light touch, and her treatment felt very precise and efficient which is what you want when somebody is dabbling at your eye area. And the lashes look so gorgeous. They make my eyes pop while still looking natural. She also used this leghthening lash serum on me which I consider buying at my next visit. Brow lamination & tint: 2 stars This is the only negative bit of my review. There was not much of a consultation regarding on how I wanted my brows to look. Bess only asked if I wanted my brows to be dramatic or more natural. The end result was too bushy and blocky looking brows for my taste. I had to use formaldehyde the day after to remove the tint because I felt like l looked like an angry anime villain in broad daylight. All in all I would come back to have my lashes done by Bess any time. I will just skip the brow treatments.
