EDIT: Adjusting my rating from 3 stars to 4 stars because they *did* reach out over WhatsApp with some DIY cleaning tips & offered to clean my eyes properly for me if I return for a follow-up appointment (not with Lily). Unclear if for free? --- First-time lash lift customer. My issues: ~ Reception didn't show my WhatsApp photos or explanation to the technician 'Lily', ~ she never once introduced herself to me (so I assume she was Lily?), ~ she didn't explain the procedure before beginning (*I* had to ask if it was time to wait for the glue to adhere yet), ~ she made no small talk to me (but was on the phone & talking to another colleague during my treatment), ~ she rushed my appointment to end 15 minutes early (even though it was pre-booked in advance), ~ she left white residue on my eyelids and between my eyelashes (I assume she didn't clean it properly?) I understand Hong Kong customer service is always fast - but then it should also be efficient! In the future, please leave enough time to clean the customers' eyes properly - especially because the customer isn't allowed to scrub their eyes with oil after any treatment (so it's difficult to clean ourselves with water alone)... TIP: Don't communicate in English if you can. I drew pictures of what I wanted so at least the lashes looked good at the end!
On my 2nd package now with this place. I love the vibe and how helpful they are! Megan did my set today and she got them done in record time. My lashes are customized with extra length and multiple curl types. This is one of the very few places who can do my lashes perfectly! My last set lasted more than 4 weeks, only had to re do them coz I am going on a trip in 2 days.
the place is clean, everyone there is very nice and accommodating. high-quality of lash extensions and they last a long time. whitney is the best!!
