Laser Kool !! 男士激光脫毛及造型中心

I had a pleasant experience visiting Laser Kool in Tsim She Tsui in the past year, especially services offered by Brian and Dickson. Brian is an experienced sales, who took the time to understand my concerns and provided recommendations. Dickson is a kind and professional technician. He made me feel comfortable from my first appointment and continues to do so every session. Dickson also explains in detail what to expect and managing my expectations. I am very happy with the results and I would highly recommend Laser Kool!

Honestly, great service, excellent results. I bought some packages back in 2018/9, used a few treatments, then I moved out of Hong Kong. In the past four years, I was only in Hong Kong once or twice, and today, 4 years after the last treatment, I went back to get some follow-up treatment again, Brian and Jimmy were very friendly and welcoming to me, communicated with me on WhatsApp days ago to arrange the appointment. The most important part is they are still honoring what I purchased maybe five or six years ago. I didn't encounter any problems, troubles, or intentional delays; surprisingly, it was smooth as always. I hesitated so much to purchase the package back in 2018 and 2019, as I had bad experiences in the past, and I was always very afraid that they were going to hard-sell me many different products and services. However, other than the initial introduction of the services and after I purchased a lower to middle-range package, they have never bothered me with their selling techniques. I've never felt pressured or pushed to buy or do anything that I didn't want to. They are respectful, and I really prefer that. I don't know when I will be in Hong Kong again to use the services, but I just want to leave my comments now to highly recommend them. Good, honest businesses deserve to stay around.

I recently had the opportunity to visit Laser Kool in Hong Kong and I must say that my experience was fantastic. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. They were all very friendly and helpful, and it was clear that they genuinely cared about my experience. The laser treatment I received was top-notch, and I was really impressed with the level of expertise and attention to detail that the staff displayed. They took the time to explain the process to me and answered all my questions, which was really reassuring. Overall, I would highly recommend Laser Kool to anyone looking for a professional and effective laser treatment experience. If you're in Hong Kong and looking for a great laser treatment, be sure to check out Laser Kool!

I have been using their services for a few years now and would highly recommend them. Highly professional staff who are friendly but not pushy. They also have a few skilled laser therapists who will do their best to achieve the desired outcome and listen to their customers feedback.

It's the best centre that I have used for hair removal in HK. Staff are friendly, professional and attentive. The premises are super clean and the machines are high grade. You should give it a go
