Each of the four times I have visited this place, my hair has come out the way I didn’t expect it to. But to be fair, I have asked for some complicated treatments and styles. I’ve had positive experiences with the stylists who are all skilled, especially Steve. Steve is careful and very mindful of giving the client what they want. It’s a bit on the pricey end as well so be mindful of that. Reception could be a bit friendlier and attentive. I once arrived and the receptionist was on the phone, didn’t give me a welcome or instructions to go sit on the couch. I did not know what to do at the time before I awkwardly ambled over to the couches to sit down.

I had an excellent facial today from Rai - my skin looks great and the head/face massage was incredible. The facilities were clean and modern. And it’s reasonably priced compared with other Central spa options!

Nice haircut and friendly Russian stylist ( sorry, I forgot the name 😂). Nice hair massage during the hair wash, it was very thorough. Though I must say I had to wait 30 mins for a stylist I have booked. And it turned out the said senior stylist wasn't even available! Nonetheless, they assigned a creative stylist and kept the same price, which is a nice gesture. And the nice and refreshing hair cut made up for it! 😁

Beautiful premises, and such helpful and talented staff, who were completely wonderful about my being an hour late due to protests. Gigi has 19 years experience in the industry, having worked at and trained staff at a number of Hong Kong's premier hotel spas, and is an interesting and friendly therapist. I adored the facial and massage she gave me, as well as a complimentary foot treatment. Take advantage of their current discount offers for first time customers, and relax in this urban haven. I will be back.
