Good environment, professional coach and good equipment

Wonderful trainers and facilities but pricey. Not sure how they sustain their business cuz the gym is never full. Probably paying for their location inside a grade A commercial building.

Great mid size gym in HK, great equipments, slightly above average pricing but it’s worth the premium if you’re looking for a quiet and less crowded gym on the south side of HK.
