My Gym WCH

My Gym WCH is My Gym Children’s Fitness Center in Wong Chuk Hang, dedicated to award-winning early childhood fitness and development. Using a research-based US curriculum, we create a safe, clean, and engaging environment with weekly-changing setups that keep little ones motivated to move, play, and grow. Our structured, age-appropriate classes serve infants and kids from 6 months to 6 years, including Tiny Tykes (6–12 months), Waddlers (12–19 months), Gymsters (19 months–2.5 years), Terrific Tots (2.5–3.5 years), and Mighty Mites (3.5–6 years). Activities progress from stretches, songs and dances, baby-safe rides, and introductory tumbling and gymnastics to games that build balance, agility, coordination, social skills, independence, and self-confidence—and prepare children for team sports. Low student-to-coach ratios help every child get the attention they need. Trial classes are available, as well as parties and occasional drop-in play sessions. My Gym WCH is part of My Gym Hong Kong, with locations in Wong Chuk Hang and Tsim Sha Tsui.
