Amazing gym. Fairly priced monthly. Quality of equipment is unlike any other gym. It’s not too crowded. Staff are polite and remember you and greet you when you enter the gym. Been going here for near a year now and every time I come back to Hong Kong I know which gym I’ll go to. Seriously great community.
I nearly live at this gym - it’s spacious, well and gently lit but best of all, very friendly and inclusive (unintimidating!) especially for how well equipped it is and its size, the staff and members are so welcoming
Best gym in Kennedy Town. Very clean, all members put plates back. Wide variety of machines and three lifting platforms.
Staff are very professional and helpful with members. The gym is keeping improving the equipment, and the new recovery hub is a nice touch! Highly recommend
