Elaine Swanson is THE best hair stylist in the 852. I always come here and recommend her to my friends, new people to Hong Kong and colleagues. Glow is an excellent salon where you're welcomed warmly. For me, the greatest is that Joyce Lo cuts my hair. She is warm, friendly, cultured, a great conversationist and a meticulous stylist who takes care with my hair and always leaves me looking great. She doesn't take shortcuts and never forgets anything. Time spent in Joyce's chair for a cut and catchup is always a highlight of that week.
